WHY HERE

Small team. Real ownership.

EVERJUST is a software factory. We build software products and take them to market — our own, and other people's. The thing you ship goes in front of real users with real money behind it, usually within weeks.

There is no layer of account managers between you and the decision. You will own architecture, argue about scope, and see the consequences of both. If you want a narrow ticket queue, this is the wrong place. If you have wanted to see a system all the way through — from the hard question to the thing running in production and being adopted — this is unusually direct.

We work in the client's own accounts and repositories from the first commit, we price work publicly, and we turn down engagements that are badly shaped. The same honesty applies to hiring.

HOW WE HIRE

Four steps, no theatre.

01 · Apply

A short application. No cover letter. Show us something you built and tell us what you would change about it now.

02 · Conversation

Thirty minutes on what you have worked on and what you want next. Two-way — bring hard questions about us.

03 · Real problem

A paid, time-boxed piece of actual work from our backlog. No whiteboard puzzles, no week-long unpaid take-homes.

04 · Decision

An answer within a week, with reasons either way. If it is a no, you will know why.

What we look for

Judgement about scope, plain writing, and the instinct to ask whether a thing should be built before asking how.

What we do not test

Algorithm trivia, framework quizzes, or how fast you can reverse a binary tree on a call.
